My name is Silvia. I am a marketing and sales specialist with over 10 years of international experience, specialised in defining and executing 360-degree branding, marketing, commercial and sales strategies

With experience from top global firms like Dyson and Panasonic, I noticed a common challenge among start-ups: crafting strong marketing and commercial strategies. Limited budgets and resources often hinder their real potential.

I’m originally from Italy, but after living in the UK for 8 years and becoming a British citizen, I now like to think of myself as 50/50: 50% Italian passion, 50% British efficiency.

I’ve definitely got the classic Italian love for food—especially cooking! It came in handy when my partner and I decided to go vegetarian. I’m also super passionate about animals and do a lot of work with dog rescues and volunteers.

When I’m not working, you’ll find me outdoors. I love hiking up mountains, hitting trails on my mountain bike, or camping somewhere remote where I can just tune into nature.

I currently live in Italy but work remotely with many UK organisations (and travel back to the UK often for work or family stuff). I’m a big believer in the remote-first lifestyle—it gives me a better work-life balance, makes me more productive, and helps me stay happier and healthier, both mentally and physically.
